Agave pseudoferox Bellville North Carolina Native Plants each surrounded by a wideAgave 'Bellville' is a fascinating hybrid of what we think is Agave americana x Agave asperrima x Agave gentryi. We've given this hybrid the name Agave x pseudoferox, which applies to all similar hybrids that circulate in the trade as Agave salmiana var. ferox (despite flowering plants not keying out to this species). Agave 'Bellville', which grows around Bellville, Texas, (near Austin) was shared with us by our friends at Yucca Do Nursery. The
